What do you do when you cant get over100 pounds and your boat is impossible to throw? Stick 'er in the oven! Yep yep. That's what I did today with my family. We were all very anxious to turn the oven on broil and give 'er but it worked out. here's how it went:

1. We propped up the kayak in the oven and turned the oven on broil...

2. Leave in the oven until the plastic begins to become glossy..if your boat is already shiny enough to signal in an airplane, this is a little less than five minutes. It should be hot to touch on the inside when it's ready to take out...

3. Stand on the area you want to my case this was the bow first...then the stern...

4. Remember: when you finish, you still have to put the foam blocks back in your boat.... this is when you need a cool tool :D

5. Take your boat out and TEST TEST TEST! This one was a was SOOO much easier to throw around. i will probably be squishing my Vision a little more in the stern ( I was conservative).

So....if you are in the mood for squishing your boat, try this method! It was uber easy and pretty fun. Make sure you wear five pairs of socks eh?!

Happy paddling everyone!
